Everything about this unit is for one purpose, providing an absolute perfect full body Spray Tan every time in under 3 minutes using the least amount of product. (normally 2oz or less)

The Turbine (Motor) Powerhouse:

Lets face it, air flow is air flow. Turbine HVLP systems work off of high volumes of air, but you can have to much and more important, many systems produce to little.

The motors in many systems sold today are intended to be used once every few weeks, some even every few months, So daily use will soon burn these other so called spray tan systems out quickly. Imagine being in the middle of a spray tan session, your all but naked client standing there with tanning solution on 50% of there body and your machine quits. They wont be so understanding.

The Taperfan turbine is a proven performer in the HVLP line and provides superior reliability. It provides the PERFECT amount of airflow to give you the best results, not to much, and most important, not to little. It runs cooler that any other turbine motor we have ever tested in its class.

All turbines sound like vacuum cleaners, this unit runs quieter than any we know of in its class, which makes using it in a salon environment not an issue as other “screamers” on the market. You can speak without yelling while the unit is running.

One of the most important elements of a turbine system and often most over looked is the filter that prevents material from entering the motor itself. Most systems either have no filter at all or make it almost impossible to clean or change. The motor filter is located in a very convenient place that you notice so you don’t forget its there and may need to be cleaned. Its easy to get to and clean and we even include a second spare filter.

This has another great feature installed on the Turbine Motor, on board air hose and spray gun storage. When not in use you can simply wrap the hose around the unit in the attached hose clips for neat and tidy storage or mobility.

This is truly where all other systems can’t come close, the MaxiMister Spray Gun. The one part you really “use”.

We will start with our cup, yep thats right, we are going to start with a silly cup. How can a cup be so different?

Is not a cup a cup?

We didn’t think it was so silly, we spent months working with the design team on the “cup”.

First thing we wanted was a Spray Gun that would stand on its own. We didn’t want to have to look for a place to hang it. So we knew we needed a cup with a wide bottom….but that made the cup to big. (Trust us you don’t want a 12-32oz cup no matter what the other guy tells you.)

8oz MAX is all you need or want, period.

So by accident we came across a great feature.. (We would like to think it was the intention)

The “Concave Wide Mouth” Solution Cup

In order to maintain an 8oz volume and still have a wide stand alone bottom to the cup, we needed to “shrink” the center of the cup.

The benefit is that we came up with a cup that:

Is super easy to hold while filling you can actually grip the cup.

The “wide mouth” makes filling super easy, no more mess on your hands.

The “concave” center also prevents splash back while filling, again no more stained hands after filling.

The “concave” center also assist in solution flow while spraying. When you tilt the gun and your volume is low, the concave design forces solution to stay in the bottom of the cup, helping prevent “dry spraying” (when the pickup tube is sucking air)

We love our cup design so much we include 3 EXTRA CUPS WITH AIR TIGHT LIDS WITH EVERY SYSTEM.

This allows you to have different darkness levels ready for different clients without having to empty solution back and forth between clients. But we went one step further, we improved the solution “pickup tube”.

Our exclusive design consist of a solution pick up tube that moves with the spray gun, this allows almost a 100% removal of any product in the cup….. no other spray gun anywhere has this feature.

Your not supposed to tilt a spray gun, but go ahead and tilt away with this feature.
